Summary
Strengra does not require an account, does not serve advertising and does not track you across apps or websites. We do not sell personal information. Your workout history and preferences are stored locally on your device.
Information used by the app
You may enter workout plans, exercises, weights, repetitions, RIR, measurements, notes and other training information. You may also choose a photo for a completed workout. This information is processed and stored locally by the app.
Strengra does not transmit this information to the developer or to advertising or analytics companies. If you use an iPhone backup or device-syncing service, that service is governed by its provider’s privacy terms.
Apple Health
Apple Health access is optional. If you grant permission, Strengra reads only the health categories you authorize so it can show relevant trends and reduce manual entry. Health information is processed on your device and is not used for advertising, sold, or transmitted to the developer.
You can review or revoke Strengra’s Apple Health permissions at any time in iPhone Settings or the Health app. Strengra currently does not write data to Apple Health.
Sharing and exports
Strengra provides user-initiated sharing and export features. Nothing is shared unless you choose the share action and select a destination. Information you share is then handled by the service or person you select.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Strengra may schedule workout, rest-timer or check-in reminders on your device. You can change notification permission in iPhone Settings.
Your choices and data deletion
You can use the app without granting Apple Health, Photos or notification access. You can delete app content using the available reset controls. Deleting Strengra from your device removes its locally stored app data, subject to any backups managed by your device or backup provider.
Children, changes and jurisdiction
Strengra is a general fitness tool and is not directed to children under 13. It does not provide medical advice. We may update this policy when the app changes; the effective date above will be updated. This policy is governed by applicable Norwegian law.
